严强，主任医师，医学博士，现任湖州市中心医院副院长，兼任美国外科学院院士（FACS）、美国腹腔镜外科医师协会（SLS）委员、JGSLS（Japanese-German Society for Study of Liver Surgery ）委员、中日医学科技交流协会医院管理分会委员，中国医师协会外科医师分会委员、浙江省医师协会外科医师分会和器官移植分会副会长等国内外30余项学术任职。曾赴德国雷根斯堡大学医学院和美国斯坦福大学医学中心进修学习。美国约翰霍普金斯大学医院及科罗拉多大学附属医院微创和肝胆胰外科高级访问学者。
