浙江省人民医院副院长，院党委委员；博士生导师；主任医师、教授、卫生领军人才。浙江省中西医结合学会乳腺病专业委员会主任委员；中华中医药学会乳腺癌分会常务委员；浙江省医师协会乳腺癌专委会副主任委员；浙江省抗癌协会乳腺癌专业委员会常务委员。从事乳腺癌临床工作30余年，曾于浙江省肿瘤医院担任病区主任及科教科科长、于浙江省立同德医院担任乳腺病中心学科带头人、创办浙江省中西医结合学会乳腺病专委会。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、省重大科技专项、省自然科学基金、省中医药科技计划重点研究项目、省医药卫生科技计划重点项目等10余项课题。近年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI文章30余篇，一级及核心期刊文章40余篇，带教硕博士研究生17名。
